The project founder is “MEDIA MAORIF” LLC. The website operates within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, cooperating with state and public organizations in accordance with the law.

The "Xalq ta’limi Info" project was founded in 2018 by Ulugbek Polatov. Ulugbek Polatov is a specialist in pedagogy; he completed his bachelor's degree in History and his master's degree in Education Management. He is currently a researcher at the National Institute of Pedagogical Mastery named after A. Avloni, under the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

Throughout his career, he has worked as a teacher in a public general education school, a youth leader, deputy director for spiritual and educational affairs, and deputy director for academic affairs at the non-governmental educational institution “Yurist va kadr” in Tashkent.

At present, he serves as an advisor to the rector on pedagogical issues at Profi University in Tashkent and as the editorial director of "Xalq ta’limi Info." Ulugbek Polatov established this project to analyze problems in the education system, provide solutions, and enhance the legal literacy of teachers and staff working within the system.
