Project description: “Davaktiv Finance” Information system enables the complete digital generation of sale and purchase agreements related to state assets. It facilitates the electronic formation of monthly expenditure data executed by the Fund ,and also reporting and analytical tools are generated in real time. Furthermore, all data related to the accounting and reporting of proceeds from the sale of state assets is formed entirely in electronic format.
The main objectives and tasks of creating the Information system are as follows:
· Managing the revenues and expenses of the Fund, entering sale and purchase agreements into the information system, and forming a registry;
· Generating debtor-creditor reports based on sale and purchase agreements;
· Formulating monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts based on the terms of the sale and purchase agreements;
· Enhancing transparency of the Agency’s operational processes before relevant stakeholders;
· Enabling the electronic submission of claims to the judicial system for the recovery of overdue debts, accrued penalties, and fines, as well as for the annulment of sale and purchase agreements;
· Ensuring openness and transparency to create broader opportunities for citizen and entrepreneur participation, thereby preventing various unjustified expenditures and, most importantly, combating corruption.
Technologies used: Database – Oracle, back-end – Laravel PHP Framework, front-end – Vue.js, and others.
