About the Project: The «Davaktiv» mobile application provides services of the State Assets Management Agency in electronic form. The implementation of the project aims to enhance the international reputation and strengthen the position of the Republic of Uzbekistan in global rankings and indices, as well as ensure transparency.

The main goals and objectives of creating the mobile application are:

• Reduce paperwork for submitting applications/documents to the State Assets Management Agency by up to 100%;

• Fully digitize applications/documents submitted to the Agency;

• Reduce the processing time of applications/documents to 10 minutes, depending on the service information provided;

• Provide information about state assets in an open and convenient format;

• Simplify the use of services and interactive features for users;

• Ensure effective communication between users and the State Assets Management Agency;

• Increase citizen and entrepreneur participation and prevent undue expenses, primarily corruption, through transparency.
