“Najot Ta’lim ERP” is an information system designed to manage the educational, financial, and administrative processes of the private training center “Najot Ta’lim” through a single digital platform. The project covers all stages, from signing contracts with students to organizing the learning process, monitoring payments, and completing the entire course.

The system enables centralized management of data related to branches, courses, groups, class schedules, instructors, and students. Financial calculations, contracts, statistics, and reports are generated in an automated manner.

As the “Najot Ta’lim” training center expanded its operations, educational processes, financial accounting, and management activities were handled using multiple disconnected tools and manual workflows. This led to several challenges, including:

To address these challenges, the “Najot Ta’lim ERP” information system was developed and implemented. The ERP system enabled centralized management of all core processes of the training center through a single digital platform.

As part of the solution:

✅ automated schedule generation based on branches, classrooms, and instructors was implemented
✅ a centralized management system for students, groups, courses, and curricula was created
✅ comprehensive financial monitoring of contracts, addendums, payments, and outstanding balances was introduced
✅ student performance analysis based on homework, grading, and attendance was enabled
✅ student engagement and motivation were increased through gamification and ranking systems
✅ statistical and analytical reports on instructors’ and staff performance were generated
✅ accounting, academic, and management processes were integrated into a unified workflow
✅ management was provided with fast, transparent, and accurate reports

As a result, management efficiency at the “Najot Ta’lim” training center significantly improved, reliance on manual processes was reduced, and the educational process became more structured, transparent, and user-friendly.
