About the Project: The «Student Dormitory» is a web system that manages the operations of the dormitory at the private university «Profi University». The project was developed in 2023–2024. The main purpose of the system is to electronically place university students in the dormitory and manage internal dormitory operations.

Project Features:

Managing the university dormitory service;

Determining student access to the dormitory electronically based on an automatic ranking system;

Receiving electronic applications from students for dormitory use and automatically processing them;

Assigning rooms to students through a visual and user-friendly interface;

Receiving and managing dormitory payments electronically;

Removing students who violate internal rules and replacing them with new students;

And other additional features.

🛑 At the private university “Profi University”, there was no unified and centralized system to manage student dormitory operations.
🛑 Assigning students to dormitories, allocating rooms, and monitoring internal processes were done manually, which reduced efficiency.
🛑 There was no possibility to automatically process student applications and requests for dormitory usage.
🛑 Payment collection and accounting processes were not digitized.
🛑 Identifying students who violated dormitory rules and managing them was complex and time-consuming.
🛑 Users lacked a convenient and visually clear interface to access dormitory services.

✅ In 2023–2024, a partnership was established between “Profi University” and Progress Solution Technologies LLC.
✅ Within this collaboration, the “Student Dormitory” web system was developed, enabling efficient student placement in dormitories and effective management of all internal dormitory processes.
✅ The main goal of the project is to provide students with a convenient interface for room allocation, automate application processing, manage payments, and centrally oversee all dormitory-related operations.
