Project description: The Document Management System is a web-based platform designed to facilitate internal document exchange. Currently, this web system is actively used by the staff of the Writers’ Union of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Project capabilities:
 • A mechanism for entering information about documents received by the organization and ensuring their execution was developed
 • The ability to issue decisions for each document and identify the team of executors
 • Control over the document processing workflow
 • Online identification of overdue documents and responsible executors
 • Archiving of documents whose execution has been completed
 • Monitoring the status of documents attached to managers and organizational departments
 • Enabling simultaneous use of the web system by the central administration and regional units
 • Providing separate information management for the central administration and regional units
 • Use of an “Administrator” control panel for system management by administrators
 • And other features
