Robbit ERP

About the project: “Robbit ERP” is an information system designed to manage the operational processes of the private academy “Robbit”. The project was developed during 2023–2024 and functionally expanded in 2024–2025. The main goal of the system is to automate all processes of the educational center — from student contract creation to the full completion of courses.

Project features:
The “Robbit ERP” information system provides the following features:

• Adding locations, branches, and classrooms, with schedule generation based on rooms and instructors;

• Course management, including learning materials and curricula;

• Management of staff and instructors with statistical tracking;

• Group creation, schedule assignment, instructor allocation, and student enrollment;

• Homework management and deadline control to improve student performance;

• Gamification system to motivate students through activity, timely homework completion, and exam success;

• Student rating and ranking system;

• Management of the educational center’s accounting processes;

• Maintenance of general information about staff, instructors, and students;

• Monitoring of instructor and student payments, including contract and financial details;

• Creation of contracts and additional agreements, including handling canceled contracts;

• Entry and management of payment data based on contracts;

• Working with statistical and analytical data.
