Through the "Vatandoshlar" (Citizens) Fund's digital workplace platform, communications with citizens residing abroad and their results are fully formed electronically. Information on the daily distribution of work performed by Fund employees is formed electronically, and reports and analytical tools are generated in real-time. Additionally, the citizen database and portfolio formation information are 100% electronically generated.
Main objectives and tasks of creating the information system:
· Online formation of communications with citizens residing abroad and their results, creating electronic portfolios;
· Formation of electronic portfolios for each citizen and creation of a database by country;
· Monitoring employee activities, controlling task completion, and calculating KPI indicators;
· Increasing transparency of processes carried out in the Fund's activities before stakeholders;
· Automatically sending notifications for tasks with approaching deadlines or not completed on time and taking preventive measures;
· Creating broad opportunities for effective work of employees and volunteers by ensuring openness and transparency to prevent various unjustified expenses and corruption.
