Project name: Information system «Accounting».

Project customer: «Profi University» LLC - a private university that trains specialists in the fields of pedagogy, economics and programming.

Realization Period: 11.01.2023y. – 25.05.2024y.

Brief information about the project: “University Accounting” is an information system that manages the accounting processes of the private university “Profi University”. The project was developed in 2023 and expanded in 2024. The main goal of the project development is to perform work in the accounting of the University: drawing up contracts and presenting them to students, entering and monitoring payments, identifying and managing debt using a centralized information system.

Project capabilities. The following capabilities have been created in the “University Accounting” information system:

•       University Accounting Department;
•       Determination of general information about students (full name, identification number, type of training, group, direction);
•       Monitoring student payments (information about education, information about the contract and the total amount, paid amount, debt amount);
•       Formation of contracts and additional agreements for students working with terminated contracts;
•       Enter payment details according to the agreement;
•       Review of applications, conclusion and maintenance of contracts for the use of student dormitory services;
•       Working with statistical data;
•       And other possibilities.

Technologies used: Database – SUBD – PostgreSQL, back-end – Laravel PHP Framework, front-end – Vue.js, leaflet and other.
